RIDING LESSONS
Lessons
Chicory Meadow Farm offers English Riding Instruction for all levels of experience. We teach a traditional English riding style with a focus on hunt seat equitation. Good Horsemanship is promoted throughout our program. Riders in our lesson program work hard at practicing the basics of riding, while learning to critique their own mistakes before blaming the horse. Students are taught and encouraged to groom and tack their own mounts once they are able to. Our lesson program has been designed to build confidence, promote inner strength and create a healthy love and respect for horses. We do not push our students to do things they are not ready for.
We offer 30 minute private lessons, 1 hour group lessons (3 or more riders) and 45 minute semi-private lessons (2 riders).
